@GospelFisherman Thanks GospelFisherman. I would have liked to but I didn't want the video to be flagged. I tried to make it a little bit more viewer friendly that way. I normally make an incision mid back and stretch the skin both ways though. Pull one way to the head and your other fingers to the feet and it comes off real easy. Then you gut it like any other animal, rinse, and enjoy. Peace brother.

Good video thanks for sharing. Would have liked to see how you skinned it though.

You can boil them and then fry them up with a little batter and they are very good. You can also boil the whole thing (minus the head and guts) and make a stew out of it. Just have to pick the bones out of it. Good video.

@benjamindshoemaker Thanks ben. That sounds like a good idea. I wish I could eat more but grey squirrels are hard to find in the wild. They live everywhere in residential areas and only red squirrels are abundant in the woods. They are illegal to hunt here unfortunately. I've heard and seen the batter but never tasted. I can imagine that would be great. As well I've tried the mid section and yes the bones sure do get in the way. Thanks for watching.
