We need monitors in the USA now!!! our votes dont count because super delagates and the electoral college are determining our votes. Not the people!!! Fuck Russia! let them do what they want its not our business. Lets focus on us, I don't know why we need to spread democracy around the world. We have no business doing that because we put a gun on people's heads, just like how religion spreads. We're literally treating democracy like a religion. You either like it or you die hating it.

You have every right not to trust the US. The orange revolution is a bad symptom of NATO imperialism, people are saying that Europe doesn't have any military muscle, but what about NATO? You know what if we don't have a cold war any more, then why on earth do we need NATO? Ask those orange people this. If Czechoslavakia and Hungary didn't like the Soviets, then what makes the Ukrainians like the US and the NATO bloc?

The fact that democracy--historically--is fragile and easy to destroy and neglect has absolutely nothing to do with approval or disapproval. How on earth did you interpret this as criticism? annarboriter is commenting on how important it is to protect democracy. To be ignorant of the reality of this is exactly the danger being warned of...arrogance and bravado in the name of patriotism is a symptom of ignorance of what democracy means.
