it will start to grind when the fans wear out. You will hate this annoying noise

don't use an air compressor to blow dust off the fan blades.... turning them manually can damage the fans.

Lowes sells quite a few good ones. One thing about lower-end compressors though is if you don't burst the air leaves fast and you have to wait for it to refill.
One thing to do that this guy doesn't is don't let your fans spin by the air...you can damage the bearings.
