Noelle Rabiah, a senior at Desert Mountain High School, was presented with the Youth Leadership award, sponsored by the Scottsdale Active 20/30 Foundation, and a $1,500 college scholarship. Rabiah is vice president and a peer assistant of the Peer Leadership Club, president of Math Olympiad, and treasurer of Key Club and National Art Honor Society. She plans to attend ASU Barrett Honors College and major in chemical engineering in the fall.
