this is how to get the ? unown and the ! unown. its a good video must watch!!

1st: you need all the 26 unown. you can catch them in a cave on the right of "Solaceon Town".

then go to Veilstone City and cycle/run/walk down on route 214. you can go on the left side of the road into a cave. go to the left till there is a hole in the wall. go inside. you'll be in a new unknown place. i made a mistake, you can catch both on diamond and pearl.

good luck!!

tip: use duskball. 100% catch rate on unowns, because it's in a cave and they're easy to catch.
