Shinzen talks about how selflessness occurs in relation to the human sensory system: 1) untangling the feel, image, talk subjective sense strands 2) decoagulating the "solid" strands into their wave forms 3) when the flowing wave forms stop 4) the arising feel, image, talk from zero into an unblocked and fully expressed human personality, and back to zero etc. Filmed in Nov. 2009 at Mt. Carmel Spiritual Centre in Niagara Falls..

Thank you for this clear exposition! Two related questions: Does this understanding allow one to love another in all her uniqueness and singularity, or does it do away with uniqueness? If the object of our love is "not there," who does one love?
Best,
