I own one here in New Zealand and works really well only thing i have found it picks up Ka bands better if you have it about 20cms above the dash broad

get sick of hearing X,K bands though but im very happy with it

i seen a review on the 940, 955, and 995 and they say they there is almost no difference between the 3 even thou "bell" say the 955 is 25% stronger than the 940, and the 995 is 25% stronger than the 955.. so getting the budget 940 is just as good as the 995. ;-)

how do these work nowdays ? i have one sitting in my truck for about a year now cuz i dont even drive much anymore. but i hear police update their shit so the radar detectors over time become useless and cant pick up anything from the newer stuff ?
