The always wonderful and amazing Joel Edgerton is joined by cutey-putety, Eric Christmas Olsen, and the beautiful + extraordinary Mary Elizabeth Winstead star in this crazy horror prequel, The Thing. It's the tale of a lady, sent by a scientist, played the dashing Ulrich Thomsen, 2 check out some crazy alien "thingy," in the wilds of Antarctica! Scary! FYI--there's NO way I'd ever go on THAT trip! The film will be released on October 14, 2011 by Universal.

Me and my friend saw this and I almost shit my pants xD I went to the bathroom walked back heard someone getting attacked and just stood by the door and walked in after the noises were gone...Badass stuff I did that day like panic, almost cry, cry, and quietly screaming.
