I am kind of disappointed myself. Though I found the way to cope with Songsmith - I use it as frontend app to create MIDI files. I manually enter cords in it and export result as MIDI.

Yes. Some photos were taken in PhotoBooth with poor light (so they are a bit corrupted). The song project went so fast that I did not look for better pics.
