It's amazing how much I can relate to Lucky Star. Especially Konata, and while I was running today this moment actually popped into my head. Although visualizing didn't truly help me...It still helped me out in some way.

Well my technique in mashing one button is using index and middle finger alternatively.

@TheLonelyVirizion Well lastly I tried a trick with visualisation of monster chasing me. Didn't worked. Then I tried a visualisation that my last train is going away (I'm always sprinting like hell when this situation occurs) I beat my personal best for 60m dash ^^

I've used this visualization. Haven't lost a race in ages. Well, this, or I visualize being Flandre Scarlet flying after someone in hopes of "playing" with them. Hey, anything to get the right idea going to make you move faster. I think it's the combination of the feeling of flight with the pleasure of complete annihalation of your enemies. :3
