Kielbasa Soup

8 oz turkey kielbasa, casing removed, cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 c diced onions
1 clove garlic
5 cup beef broth
1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cup chopped zucchini
4 oz pasta of choice
1/4 cup each, fresh basil and fresh parsley
1 tbs balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar free honey
3/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook onion, garlic and kielbasa over medium high heat in a couple tablespoons of olive oil or cooking spray until onions are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes covered. Serve hot.
