  • dr. bbq is cool. however, the chimney method will not work for me. i have resorted to buying the cheapie walmart brand of "instant start" briquettes. Hardly "instant", but at least they light. with the chimney method, only the newspaper burns. more dr. bbq!

  • I use Kingsford and hickory chunks now. Do you prefer lump char or the briquettes?
