After a disastrous 2012 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs are in full on rebuilding mode. They fired Romeo Crennel and upgraded the head coaching position with Andy Reid. They also fired GM Scott Pioli and hired John Dorsey as his replacement. Many expect changes at quarterback coming too.
