sake 80cc

材料 2人分
鶏もも肉 240グラム~300グラム(適当な大きさに切り、塩、こしょうをまぶします)
長澤家の万能つゆ (もしくは市販のめんつゆ)  30から40cc
カレー粉 適量
日本酒 80cc

    Yea, somehow breast meat never fit in well with slow cooking. Instead of absorbing the sauce and favour, it turns hard and "cardboard"

  • @PorkIsHalal to me if u used breast in such things a roulads...cuz of quick cooking but yeah I use thigh for almost everything esspecially for soups curries stews etc sometimes I use for soups and curries etc meat on the bone like legss wings etc

    It's thigh meat - considered premium meat in Asia in contrast with the exaltation on chicken breast in the West.

    Breast is considered lesser meat due to its bland taste and "cardboard" texture.

  • @bluefisch200 the chicken looks like breast meat with the skin on and as for the sauce it not ur typical curry sauce u see in ur shop like its thick and sweet and used to katsu curry but still this is a curry sauce cuz it has curry in.

    鶏って本当にただ焼くだけって言うのがおいしいんですよね。

    特にこういうスパイスの利いた香り付け、味付けが合う。

    肉の中でも焼くと一番香ばしいですからね。
