I go to company parties and I mingle with everyone I usually see woman and men break into groups, very rarely racial, but the fact is your using something as isolated and insignificant as a company party to get your point across and use that as a basis for generalization of a entire race is simply silly.

Black people want to be seperate but equal. You have to join in and participate in the world and with other people. For instance, a company party. The blacks will all get together and form a group away from everybody else instead of mingling with the whites or asians or anybody else thats different from them. They are so afraid that they will be called out for trying to kiss up to the white man or whoever. Blacks need to get over this problem.
