can you tell me how to add talkback to a 2950 radio? i have a galaxy saturn turbo with the echo built in but its hard to adjust quality of sound without talkback

Got my 2950 working with the help of your video and FelixTheHouseFreak's video. THANK YOU to you both. Mine had the same mod as Freaks (the wire on the backside,) trans B754 gets warm when transmitting on 26,28 & 29 mhz. Wont transmit on 27,30,or 31 mhz. Could this be the same problem The House Freak was having on his 2950 in his video? Can u please hekp. Woychck4
