@Susan17ful Only in America. Even in New England, there are people who pronounce it "herb". In England and Canada, it's pronounced "herb".

how does saute cooking go if you use a ultra high powered gas burner? is there benefit to using these. I have seen chefs use saute pans on wok type burners. the only difference between a wok and frying pan is the shape if it is the same metal.
