Generative Music Experiment

I try to build an interactive music generator that is going to be integrated into games. The video shows the current version of my music generator when the parameters vary slowly. It doesn't really sound great yet but it will eventually :)

Interesting that you asked about this. I am currently working on a much more sophisticated generative/reactive music module that I will put online in different forms with documentation and examples.

this is cool :D Are the melodies themselves generated on the fly ie different every time? Good work though, I liked your video of how you put it in a game too

Thanks! In this example, the melody evolves randomly but is quite restricted by the different motifs that are used.
