why you don't use climb milling process instead conventional milling machining sound is torture

@1600100338839 When slotting, you are climbing on one side and conventional on the other. On each finish pas while I widen the slot, I climb mill for the best finish.

use the vacum to blow the chips away instead of sucking them in hook the hose to the exaust side

@cristo2368 i dont yet have an enclosure for the mill. the vacuum was to keep the chips from getting all over the entire garage. I will have a mister when I get the enclosure finished.

the vacuum was clever. don't want a whole bunch of chips in those channels

@christafarion9 Yep, recut chips are the enemy of aluminum milling. I'm currently building a flood enclosure that will help solve the problem.
