The way "Expert" Village works is they ask people to submit educational videos on certain subjects. Then they go through them and select the most "expert" looking ones and pay them $500 for the video. So basically any idiot calling themselves an expert with a spurious background can submit videos in the hopes of making some extra cash. And that's how they end up with idiots like this guy.
