  • can you show us the t frame armbar series Jay?

  • @jscarpa2002 will do but it will be a week or two as I'm in the process of opening a new school (which is why I haven't had many vids up lately)

  • Thanks again Jay. Your too much!

  • @buckmajor thanks buck

  • @jbelljitsu i like this move. its interesting and ive never seen this b4, but i noticed that he wasnt stapling ur hips down when you broke his posture and i understand it was because ur doing a demonstration, but is it just as effective still?

  • @pakattack69 it should be as it is much easier to finish than a standard kimura

  • Wow, gotta try that one !!! Looks awesome !!!

  • I tried to do this move whilst rolling but it was very hard to do because my opponent just extended their arm and turned their palm downward. Am i doing it wrong?

  • just discovered your vids. your explanation and techniques are great. thanks for sharing. never seen this move before, but makes all the sense in the world - and I consider myself an advanced level youtube black belt.

  • i like that one, thanks, i'll use it tonight at class
