Yes you are correct on this. The unions are the reason that before any car is produced there is about 1800.00 before they even begin to start building the product. I have friends that are a part of the UAW and we agree to disagree on some of the things that go on but at the end of the day were still friends. Good point though! Management is also to blame.

I do agree that the unions are part of the problem when I hear about 120 days of vacation time but again management agreed to it and that was a bad call in my opinion on their part.

Do you believe Everything that uninformed MORONS tell you? I've been at 1 of the big 3 for 9 years and I get 10 days vacation, 5 days personal time in case you sick, etc and a total of 16 holiday days like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Veterans Day, Easter, Memorial day, Labor Day, MLK Day, 4th of July. That comes out to 31, and is far cry from 120 that the the liar claimed in this video. You'd be shocked how much paid days the wall street creeps, politicians, and other thieves-in-suits get!!!

The unions are not the ones that decided to make the Hummers and F250's that no one wants to buy anymore. Take away the one thing that protects workers rights and you are still left with a company that can not sell the cars they make.

Let me spell it out To You:

1. You live in a nation that is bankrupt and a good percentage - and rising of the citizens also declare banruptcy -LOSERS.

2. The corrupt politicians GAVE the land to the transplant companies and most of those companies pay little or no property taxes to help their communities but deflect further costs to the resident taxpayers for roads and other improvements. My town recieves $64 million in taxes which improves the community.

1. You work for a company that is on the verge of going bankrupt.

2. more $ are going out than coming in.

3. The usual answer there is to increase $ coming in or reduce $ going out.

4. The UAW refuses to make any compromise on $ going out (the cost of your labor) (btw, I saw the same head-in-the-sand attitude in 1986 from the unions at Phelps Dodge.)

5. You want me to pay you via tax dollars your full wage and benefits.

I hope you feel that way about the wall street bailout because you are on the hook for that 1.3 trillion dollars AND GROWING debt You WILL BE PAYING For - The REST of your life!!! whooo hooo! Say I spend more than I make. What should I do? I could make more but the economy is bad. I could spend less but hey, I fought for what I make and I don't want to change my lifestyle.
