when i went to best buy a year ago or w,e they said to go to system setting memory press y when its showing u just the GB and all thay and go to CLEAR SYSTEM CACHE and then it workedd

these techniqes are just luck by bumbng the laser back to were it can read it. The real fix is takeing apart the xbox making a spacer so the laser dosnt go back all the way were it cant read the disk. If this dosnt work then something wrong with your motor or your laser needs to be cleaned.

guys try this with the disk in the tray open the tray with the disk still in the tray hold the eject button and hold it in till the game loads and taddaaaa :D
