My name is Susan Stone Belton. I am a family coach and motivational speaker. Entering the job of parenthood is scary, we all are concerned. I was worried that I would not know what to do to be able to do the best job possible but, I think that if we remember our kids need love, and consistency, and attention, and time, that we will do just fine.

There are no real one moment where we will know if we have succeeded. There are lots of moments when we see our kids acting responsibly, when we see our kids acting kindly, when we see our kids acting in ways that we can be proud of, we will know we are succeeding as a parent.
