Nice gun. I was thinking about getting a 357 Sig as well but am undecided as to what gun to get. How do you like the Glock? Is it a G31? I heard that Glocks have a higher incidence of going Kboom. Any problems with yours?

@johnperos I have a Glock 33 which is a subcompact .357 Sig, and I love it. Glocks are great guns. They are VERY reliable. The takedown is incredibly fast. And the tenifer increases metal hardness, and resistance to scratching, rust, and corrosion. All around great guns.

@xXxNORALADYxXx get a glock 19 or 23 or 32 and you can change out barrels and shoot all three calibers.

@xXxNORALADYxXx, for self defense in your home definitely the 357 sig round, yes the 9mm is a bit more affordable but god forbid you are in a life and death situation, you really want something that will stop the assailant, and what more durable gun than a glock! I got the glock 23 gen4 great pistol,I keep the 357 sig barrel in it! I use 40 cal for range.in my experience you can take cover quicker from the 40 cal,but hiding from that 357 sig,good luck!

i will buy one Glock but i dont know witch? i need that for home defense or shoot target. is the .357 so much stronger than the rest or the 9mm? many people say buy the 9mm. please help..

will the 357sig round ring your ears like the 357 magnum round does??? i can shoot .45 cartridge all day and not wear earplugs but as son as i pop off the 357mag everything sounds like a broken computer speaker for 15mins!!!

i have a glock g32 which is the compact glock in 357sig. best semi auto load for protection vs humans imho. roughly same power as 357 mag in 125g loads, more power when using double tap ammo than most factory mag loads. Has far less recoil than a 357mag wheel gun. And has a nice flat trajectory. I highly recommend both glock and 357sig ammo.
