I understand the need for the "youthful" focus on Charice's upcoming album and I really do like Pyramid, In this Song, Breathe Out, . . . .

But I truly miss Charice singing the power ballads, as no one does them like Charice.

Ok matey, I admit again this is the best rendition of two Whitney songs combined.

She's the best at singing these songs "I have nothing", and "I will always love you".

The only one that comes close, and I must admit very close is Lara Fabian singing "I will always love you". I do prefer Charice's tone, but Lara displayed as much in terms of vocal prowess. Charice being younger clearly has the talent and potential to go a lot further.

That first "I will always love you" is explosive. I think that is the hardest she ever went at it...she is a vocal genius. It is in Charice that Whitney will forever live :)

@WebScribes i would think they'd be doing an album of Charice singing power ballads soon. Her fantastic debut CD was like an intro to the best of Charice to the whole world. The awesome power of her performances needs to be documented on a hi-def blu-ray music video album, if there was such a thing
