Jason Mason, a strength and conditioning specialist at Beverly athletic club, demonstrating a few exercises that can be done with a landmine, which is a great piece of equipment for exercising the entire body.
Jason has been a personal trainer for ten years. While earning his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine at Northeastern University, he worked with some of Massachusetts top athletes including The New England Patriots, Harvard University, Northeastern University, and Reading High School. He carries a certification with NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.). Jason also has an extensive background in rehabilitation for athletes who want to return to full activity.
how much weight do you recommend we use or just increase the weight as strenght grows?

Thanks for the creative contributions, Jason! I just opened my Landmine in time to try it out at tonight's bootcamp and needed some quick ideas. I especially love the combo.
