what can i do to just loosen the brake pads because the pads all the way pushed up against the brake disk and if you try and spin the front wheels they will not spin

@superjew37 - it is normal to slightly rub. However, if they are tight, you may need to pull the cap from the master cylinder to let excess oil out.
