Update for this week and a recap of my last 4 1/2 months on Phentermine. The recap is for all those who have either not seen ALL of my videos or have just now "found" me and would like to just know how the Phentermine has worked for me.

@tasha75670 I have no doubt it seems that way. :) I was trying to say a whole lot in a very short period of time, so I was talking as fast as I possibly could. I can totally see how it makes me look tweaked out. ;) I was fine though. I actually act this way any time I'm in a hurry. It's funny watching others try to keep up with me. LOL :D

Comments like the last one just make me laugh! Only someone that has actually consumed Phentermine to lose weight, and nothing else, knows you cannot get "strung out" on it. Those kinds of comments are so funny to me now.

Phentermine is a medication that our bodies will get used to and naturally wean itself from rendering the medication no longer effective (in any way) after a period of time.

Well... I was referring to the illegal form of speed. That's why I stated I wasn't going to go into detail as to HOW I knew what that felt like. LOL! :)

Hi Ashley,

What were your side effects were when getting off the phentermine? Currently I am taking it and my doc will keep prescribing it to me even after the 3 months if my weight loss continues however I am concerned since I have heard people get addicted to it. Was it easy for you to get back into the rhythm of things even without the phentermine??

All of your videos are awesome and truly inspirational! Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Hi! I'm actually gonna try and post a video today that discusses what it was like for me after I went off the pill. I too was on Phen. for longer than 3 months since I was still losing weight. I truly think consuming the pill for longer than 3 months actually helps your body slowly wean itself from the pill resulting in NO side effects. :-D Look for my video later today!

That is awesome to hear!!! Good then I will continue as well. It definitely is helping me with my weight loss and your right about the energy. I have the energy to finish my workouts and keep going! I am soooo happy to hear that you are doing great!!! Wish you the best always!
