At the beginning of this set of videos Anna went to great lengths to say that the state police commish pulled all these strings to get her a PI liscense in time for her to open a PI office that would serve as Robert's cover. She has the same background as Robert (WSB, PC Police Commish), so unless Robert punched something into the to give himself a liscense, he should be waiting for his. Right?
Is he currently head or is he taking over soon? I thought his turn as interim started "later".

Robert being the head of the WSB at this point he probably can be what ever he wants. Anna getting a license may have had more to do with opening a legit PI Office, not qualifications. But that was before Robert came to town and decided to make the office a cover. LOL

Does Robert have a liscense? After the big deal Anna made about getting her PI liscense, it seems weird that Robert can be a PI without the same kind of ropes being pulled. Unless the WSB created one for Robert and his cover.
