Back I believe early 2005, Amiga Inc promoted there new Amiga Anywhere software on TechTV, here Bill Mc Ewen demo the game Planet Zed on many devices. This idea did get a lot of support from Amiga community to begin with and its seems like a very good idea, the problem was Amiga Inc seemed very keen on there Anywhere system, and not really interested in further developing the AmigaOS, until Hyperion step in. But I could go on and on about what happened there, just hope you find this video interesting.
Well, what they promised was actually:
More Amiga OS4 hadrware
Fast OS4 development
A object oriented and CPU independent OS5
And they just gave the crap ...
Its good AmigaOS is in Hyperion hands

Thats pretty neat. Of course, for those who run the modern OS's its now OS 4.2, but I still love 2.0 on my A600's :)
