I just bought a 70 duster slant six. It's my first project car. I'm looking for any/all info, websites, etc regarding parts and advice on repairs. Do you have any suggestions

They are. However I did manage to blow one up once.

Well first off the Buick has no running engine and I don't have any money to fix it up right now. Secondly, the I'm either selling the rolling chassis of the Duster or putting this big block Mopar I have sitting on my engine stand.

I have a 1970 Duster with a slant six...hoping to get this 58 Buick special and put it in that. Then put a big block in the duster or sell it.

Rather an interesting switch, but I'd leave the Buick alone, and likewise for the Duster.

why is that?

A. Why mess up the Buick, it's an interesting vehicle in it's own right.
B. Why molest the Duster, unless it's arust bucket.

It is.. We ran our out of oil twice, and still managed to get it running again without any repairs. Thoug it had a nasty sound from the crankshaft after the second time.

If you try hard enough, you can damage even a Slant-Six
