Do you have recipes for the berries and cream you filled them with ?

@Farabug1 This was just whipped cream with frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants) and icing sugar. I'll get the full recipe online and post back when I do. :)

Have you seen the balloon method for making cups? It's not really the same because it's dipping, and the inside is smooth, but it's really cool nonetheless. You can make a petal shape with those too. This is neat, and the end desserts are soo pretty!

@vickialafuntography You can do but you don't want the chocolate to set instantly though because the running is what creates the basket shape and lets it be nice and deep. These moulds, as they are metal, tend to be cold already .... and a nice drip down the sides means a spike of chocolate up the side of the basket which can look great!
