Who is better that this man, he was christian and he saw the truth and accepted with no arogance in his heart, and now he calls others to the way of Allah swt, and he is such a clean lovely character mashAllah may Allah swt protect him give him ease in this life and grant him junnah inshAllah All us born muslim should feel shy of people like this
@jhonlahori our prophete was a human just like everyone and a messenger of god and not from god. We believe that jesus was a prophete to but not the son of god, god and the holy spirit, thats call the saint-trynity and that is something that we,muslim, do not believe, that have no sense either. In the islam you can't touch (hurt) a prophete or messenger of god it is totaly impossible because god protected them and punish who ever try to hurt them.
if he wnted to beleive that jesus is alive it was better to be christian , because christian have a logic to keep jessus alive in heaven becase they beleive he is son of god . but why muslim beleive this whereelse their beloved prophet mohammad has passed away. doesent make sense.
@ACT4Harrisonburg you also have deliberately skipped some words. it goes like this"....pronounce Iqama and order a man to lead the prayer and then take a fire flame...." So he DECIDED to order a MAN to lead prayer and do it; he never said he himself decided to do it. Regardless, he was merely talking to someone and more likely than not, it was his explanation in the aftermath of being asked a question about his decision, which he more likely than not, reconsidered.
@ACT4Harrisonburg And one more thing. I think its a common thing for people to get really angry and say things they dont really mean. After all, we are humans. There are often times when someone is rude and mean to me and I would say to a friend "Oh I want to beat him up so bad." Now can you reach the conclusion that I actually beat him up? Also, produce JUST ONE hadith to me where the prophet clearly burned or killed someone for missing a prayer.
@ACT4Harrisonburg Now even if we assume that 626 is reported perfectly, it doesnt make sense to reach the conclusion that he actually did it. He says he "certainly DECIDED to order". It appears that someone might have questioned him about it. For example, "did you order the burning of the houses? If so, why?" And then the prophet might have clarified his point and give his reasons. By using the word certainly, we get the hint that he most likely reconsidered his orders.
@ACT4Harrisonburg You have to realize that hadiths are everyday narrations of the prophet (SAW) and people simply reported what HE said and sayings of those he was talking to were often NOT reported. For your info.,read Volume1,Book11, Number 671. In that hadth, he was "about to order" the burning of the houses. He never, however, carried out this act. The number 626 hadith's reporter might have heard the same thing but reported it with slightly different wording.
