That shifter looks a lot like something out of a '64 fury - could it be?

@554687858 Nope..The assembly was made from a 316 steel shaft with an epoxy black coating and the knob was fashioned from a quartz stone with a custom threaded insert and tinted red and buffed to a shine, thanks for your question

@starview1 Well, it looks beautiful. The fabricator (you?) has a lot of talent. By the way, are you familiar with the MoPar shifter I was referring to? I've always thought that it was the best looking shifter Detroit has ever come up with.

I'll bet half the people that post negative comments about other people's cars, either dtill drive mommy and daddy's, or don't even have one, their buddy may have a Mustang or some tuner with a fart pipe and no they think they know everything....Let me tell you my no car having none motorhead, get a car, drive it, do cool things with enjoy it and then post your constructive comments on youtube... by the way even tho I like my muscle cars, nice Ratrod

Yep building cars in the backyard for fun is becoming a lost art., most would rather play with their mindless Xbox, building a driveable car is significantly more difficult than making or playing any xbox game, machines Like muscle cars or backyard highpowered beer cans on wheels make the world go round. Well keep on driving, I do miss the real muscle cars.

Hey its his car. He didn't build it for anyone else, and whats the problem with that? Can't someone build something THEY like and drive it without a bunch of people with no mechanical ability slamming them? Its not unlike the kids ran in the 50's (maybe earlier) with a old hand me down car or one they paid little or nothing for and did the best they could afford to make it cool. No one is forcing anyone to watch the video or dig the car, whats the problem?

@agpilotphil its funny cause you said ratrods are cool.. rat rods are for lazy people who enjoy having there car look like shit. this car i wouldnt consider a "ratrod" mostly because it doesnt have useless junk welded all over it and its not on a s10 frame. i hate the ignorance of all the people who call all unpainted cars "ratrods" its just a hot rod that this guy built and im sure enjoys cause its one cool HOT ROD
