I can do without Steve Gadd's heavy left hand every time he plays a jazz tune. Gadd is a great pop/studio drummer, but is not a prototypical jazz drummer IMHO.

When I see YT Comments where some compare Michael to others, it reminds me of the American Idol mentality, which I'd like to see as far away from music, or at least Jazz part of a spectrum...
When I see some putting Michael down, pinning him against other musicians, I wish I could press a button, and have the authors of those comments instantly appear on YouTube, playing their instruments, and showing us exactly how it should be done:)
