@jvb654 Do you even realize my comment was in response to Zebra Butterfly, who made a completely unsubstantiated claims? The idea that the actual food you eat doesn't matter as far as weight gain, but only your personal "feeling associated with it" is complete bullshit. "Evidence" would be scientific studies that show such a casual connection. Go eat 6 Big Macs a day but don't feel "guilty" about it and see if you lose weight. Good luck with that.

@at4550 Where would evidence be, except on her bathroom scale? Her claims are that it worked for HER, no longer desiring the foods that contributed to her weight gain, and that she's now making healthier choices. Good for her, end of story! Who needs evidence? Are you overweight and bitter about her success? Also, one gains weight when we ingest more calories than our bodies USE - nothing to do with current weight. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume, period.

You are amazing, Thank you for making this video

When you perceive yourself as fat & lifelsee, you tend to eat without thinking.
mindlessly shoveling food in your face without intention.
However, when you see yourself as becoming healthier, leaner, stronger..it is amazing how easy it is to stay focused on eating properly.
Look around and observe the people you work with. Are they fat? They may be promoting your problem eating... Commit to your own life. See the difference.
Yes.. it's called selfish. So what... Do what's best for you.

you are all creepy.. seriously you nutters stop your crap

Is this person real? She almost sounds like shes faking her accent.

@wingituk Apparently you don't know that in places like america (and even parts of the UK but mainly america) they add CHEMICALS and poisons to our food that make people fat and addicted to their food.THAT is why people in countries who don't have these processed foods aren't fat.Living in a country where they add SHIT to your food makes it harder. But this is about the law of attraction. Which can work for anyone anywhere.

I think when we are truly connected to source we CAN eat whatever we want and not gain weight, but if we label certain foods as "bad" then we introduce guilt into the picture which then creates resistance around eating those particular foods, and the bad foods will then cause you to gain weight. It's not because of the food you are eating, it's because of the feeling associated with it.

@ZebraButterfly888 There is absolutely no evidence to support anything you said. Generally, you gain weight when you ingest more calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight, and you lose weight when you ingest fewer calories than necessary. That is the conclusion anybody would draw from an honest look at actual evidence. Sorry. Your speculative intuitions have no basis in reality.
