What is amusing about the name is that when they later launched an EP a friendly expert in trademarks registered it for the band .. but people may have associated it with other people :-)

The name of the band would not have helped you and also you would have had to of brushed up somewhat and also find a management company and you should have let them pay for the promotions of any records that you had ...a record deal is or was a difficult one..no advances around unless you got into the big boys like EMI or Sony(then CBS)
