seems like yesterday i ventured out on a saturday in my early teens for train rides to the mid hants railway and lots of other places on the NSE area, the fares were quite affordable to, i'm sorry but the trains we have now are just a boring load of shit you can't even put your head out of a window now, the sounds all trains seemed to make back then was music to the ears, sounds you can no longer hear due to them welding all the track together.

Great video, 5* reminds me of when I was a kid at Ashford.
Used to get the train up to London and remeber the sound that the slam doors made. It was lovely.
NSE livery is the best livery since the SE&CR livery in 1900!
