I swear the NYPD is sooo overpowered, in the means as for one doing something bad they send like 20 cars to the place. The problem is, they are the most organised as such, people really don't respect them and they are probably the most corrupt.

I would not worry about the people mounting any type of rebellion, their dope addicts and racked with diseases by and large. They seem to fold under the least bit of pressure that the please put on the, not a very formidable enemy so I don't think we have anything to worry about from these type of people.
