@charmed122098 yes atleast it has something to do with doctor who i read on wikipedia that they wrote "torchwood" on the boxes for the tapes of the new doctor who episodes to confuse video pirates and they remembered the name and used it for this show

I have never watched this before, just notciced captain jack from doctor who was in it, that's all... but is "Torchwood" supposed to be the letters "Doctor Who" rewritten?

Torchwood has got something of CSI about it. It relocates and resets itself in another shape or form. I would like to see it go back to the classic series.
