@KSCIAA Even Moonsorrow? No matter how much I sway towards post-rock and other kinds of music, Moonsorrow are still absolutely amazing to me. In terms of how I act, I'm much more like a post-rock fan - but I dress like a metalhead. It helps because I always surprise everyone when they find out I'm into post-rock.

There's still some amazing, meaningful and brilliant metal out there. But it does take quite a bit of searching.

@Kilgorin10 There'll always be exceptions to what I've said before (Moonsorrow being one of them). Additionally, I won't forget those bands because they've helped shape who I am today music-wise. And who's to say what I like right now will be what I like down the road. It's just one of those things.

@KSCIAA I believe I'm going down the same path as you. Bands I used to worship before mean almost nothing to me now, bands like Falkenbach and the like just don't have the effect it used to. Perhaps I've learned to channel my love of nature in a different way rather in a pagan-like way. I never really considered myself a pagan, I've just wandered down my own path - and this is where it lead me.
