The S65 has too way much torque and the handling is not as good as the Quattro system around corners. The only advantage of the S65 is the straight line speed. Audi's tuning division could have easily modified their W12 engine used in their A8 but they didn't, instead decided to use the more humble V10 which only weighs 250 KG. I have and will always be a Merc AMG fan but can't deny that this S8 is an engineering masterpiece.
