i don't understand the first question in the second comment. but i will try to answer the other questions. No normally I don't sell a lot of different items I get out of a unit to one person for more than I paid for it. What you do is sell everything to many folks because some one that wants golf clubs might not have a need for a weed eater. storage units are normally full of different items.

well, some people buy a full unit only for a few items or maybe just one and give the rest of the shit to anyone that wants it. I've seen this a bunch. folks want the furniture and through the rest in the dumpster or gives it to others at the auction.

Good work man. It's really nice to run across an honest dude. Cool. Those haters and BS artist that posted here must not have must to do with their time. I think your video was great for those interested in an honest look at some of the things these shows are completely false out there. Like you said if you make a few bucks it's profit. If someone has to lie or BS well I don't have any use for them either. It's easy to be honest and never have to second guess or look over your shoulder. Honesty!

@ewastemanagement (continued...) My question is, if the guy you buy it from owns all of that stuff & it's hardly moving...what avenues are you using to sell it all off that he isn't? Please give a specific list. Also, do you ever just find some other guy who is willing to buy everything off of you at a higher price than you bought it from the first guy? (I apologize for asking so many questions, but I just find it interesting.)

@ewastemanagement Hmm, I see a corrolation between storage auctions & how you do things. Storage auctions force people to buy the whole thing & then they sell it all off. You see someone selling a lot of stuff & you freely choose to buy it all too (IF the price is right) & then sell it all off. The only difference is you can see all of the items before you buy them. Storage auctions only let you see what's in the front. If someone only wanted to buy 5 things in the unit they would laugh at 'em.
