This is the second video of a series I like to call the "Mitsuwa Tour". I'll be showing you my favorite Japanese import supermarket in Orange County.
In this video:
Stephen and I are waiting for our Udon from "Sanuki Udon", and I show you the various food stalls. Sanuki Udon sells various udon dishes. Miyabe Tei has a variety of hot food like curry, beef, and even unagi. Unfortunately I can't remember the ramen shop's name, but of course they sell different kinds of ramen. Sky Express is all Chinese food, as well as dim sum. Italian Tomato sells cakes and pastries, but the name doesn't seem to suit it at all. Maestro sells omelets and sodas, they used to make melon soda floats but the last few times I've been there, they didn't seem to do so anymore. The community board has all kinds of fliers, and the TV sets all show Japanese television. This afternoon they were showing what looked like a samurai soap opera.
Mitsuwa Marketplace can be found in Costa Mesa, CA.
