My progression over the past about 9 months, started late August/Early September sometime.
The whole video, other than the first backflip, was done in the same night, in about 2 hours. The backflip was on September 4 last year.

The song is Man Without Fear - Drowning Pool.
I apologize for not synchronizing the music and the video, it's late and I'm just trying to get it posted before I fall asleep.
Hope you enjoy, and thanks for watching!

    Man Without Fear- Drowning Pool

  • i am trying to learn how to do a kong vault and my problem is i will jump and as soon as my hands touch my feet land under me between my hands is that a fear problem or something(i don't feel afrade though...) any tips on what you think could get me through that?

and also where would i find a gym like you are at my yard sucks for learning stuff

  • It's hard to say without actually seeing, but it sounds like your problem is that you are jumping too close to the object itself, and you are going too much up and not enough forward.

Try taking off earlier, so that you are actually jumping before your hands touch. While jumping, too, you have to make sure that you are diving, and not just trying to hop over the object. When your hands touch, you'll want to push off again as if you are jumping off of your hands.

  • if i had a gym...

  • You really don't need one. In fact, it's better to train outside. Your tricks become more solid that way. You may not get the same tricks, but you will improve much faster as long as you keep fear out of your mind.

  • damn ur good lol

  • 9 months did you well...awesome stuff dude

  • @Rockster160 I agree, as long as you get rid of the fear of trying it the rest comes easy, my very first backflip not on a trampoline was on a basketball gym floor and i landed on my knees so i tried it a few more times and since then i have been able to do some pretty amazing stuff. even a double frontflip on the ground but for some reason i cant talk myself into trying a double back or even a gainer lol

  • I wonder if you know just how good you are for only training for one year haha
