    Just saw this film tonight and it is absolutely stunning! The sushi flourishes onscreen with so many beautiful colors while presented alongside a great classical score. The master, his apprentices, and the intuitive vendors practicing their craft with such dedication to quality makes watching the emergence of this $340 meal the experience of a lifetime. Highly recommended!
