There are many intersex conditions, sbout over 40 intersex conditions to be precise. It's most likely she has undervirilized male syndrome (Mild Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome) or Grade 1 PAIS. It's very possible that she used hormone therapy in order to complete puberty as a woman.
