Co-operative Education is a program that formally integrates a student's academic studies with work experience in co-operative employer organizations. Students alternate academic terms with paid, relevant work experience in a chosen field. CIC Co-op work terms can be two to four months long, or even longer, and co-op coordinators help students and employers through every stage of the hiring process.
