I never got that, really. Tabuu on Intense was actually a fairly easy boss for me, you just need to know what characters to use. And since I did all the other difficulties beforehand you want characters with great aerial attacks. (Here's the set I used to beat Intense Tabuu in one go: King DeDeDe, Mr. Game & Watch, Marth, Donkey Kong and Meta Knight and Pit as backup).

lol. That's because it's like slow rock, and then it picks up the pace to something extreme.

OK there are two things : you can beat Tabuu in the Subspace Emisary (like 6 or 5 lives), or you can try the HARD mode (In the training Boss Battles), plus you have to defeat all 10 bosses with only 1 character and 1 life.
